About treated water for boilers

Hi today i am telling about treated water for boiler.first of all we will know about water.water depends on ground how many hardness and ion presence in water these are depend on ground level water.first we measure hardness, conductivity and ph of ground water.then we will water softening by automatic method as RO treatment and also as well as manually by lime softening.firstly we will know about automatic by RO in RO treatment for water softening used maultigrade filters after that removing cationic hardness by cations and ionic hardness remove by ionic vessels.after that we use degasser tower where we remove corbon Dioxide gas. If ions are present in water we use mixbed where two beds present in vessel one cationic bed and second  ionic bed present where we remove both ions.

After that we will measure conductivity ,ph,silica, chlorine, phaspate, hardness etc those present in water.after that we feeded water in boilers for steam. And we also use dozing for removing scale from boilers tube.
